What is Mango Sago Delight?


Mango Sago Delight is a delightful and refreshing dessert that originated in Southeast Asia, particularly popular in Hong Kong and parts of China. With a foundation of rich coconut milk and tropical tastes from chewy sago pearls and ripe mangos, it’s a sweet and creamy combination. Step 1: Cooking the Sago

In a pot, start by bringing two cups of water to a boil. Add the sago pearls and stir gently after it starts to bubble. Simmer for ten to fifteen minutes over medium heat, or until they become transparent. To keep from sticking, stir from time to time. To stop the cooking process, drain and rinse the sago under cold water. Set sago pearls aside in a dry bowl.

Step 2: Get the Mango Puree Ready

Put the condensed milk and diced mangoes in a blender. Blend until a creamy, smooth consistency is reached. If the puree isn’t sweet enough from the mangoes, taste it and adjust the sweetness with extra condensed milk. Keep the puree mango aside.

Step 3: Blending Sago and Mango Puree
